Rental displays may be an option for any business with a tight marketing budget or
small number of shows to attend.

- Rental Rates: Quoted rental rates are based on a 7 day period. Each additional day beyond the 7 day period will be
billed 2/7's of the original quoted amount.
- Graphic Design & Production: Any graphics (signs, photos or header) produced by CSD will be available at an
additional cost. 50% of these costs must be pre-paid prior to the graphics production. Upon completion, all graphics
become the property of your company or organization.
- Renter Liability: Renter is responsible for all damage to rental properties. This period includes during shipping,
setup, while in use at show and dismantle.
- Shipping: Renter is responsible for shipping chargers incurred to and from the show they are attending.
